AAT Review

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal is an independent body that reviews the decisions made by the government. There are different categories of decisions reviewed under AAT and various divisions examine these matters.

  1. Matters related to Character
  2. Matters related to Citizenship
  3. Other matters

If the decision is re-viewable then you have a time limit to file an application for appeal. After lodging the application for review, you might be eligible to apply for bridging visa. There are multiple decisions taken by Administrative Appeals Tribunal. It can either uphold the decision or process the case to the Department of Home Affairs for reconsideration.

Don’t forget to check your eligibility if you are interested as the assessment is absolutely free of cost. Please fill out the assessment form and one of our Australian Registered Migration Agents will get back to you at the earliest.
