ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THIS VISA Aged Parent Visa Australia
1- Retiree/Sponsor
In order to apply for this visa, you have two options either you can apply as a retiree or as a sponsor. You must need to fulfill all requirements as retiree/sponsor. Moreover, you must also have Sponsored Parent visa (870) when you are applying for visa.
2- Meet Balance of Family Test and Assurance of Support Test
This is only required if you are applying as a sponsor (not for applicants applying as a retiree)
3- Other main factors
The department will also examine your certain aspects such as your English Language skills, health, and character history etc.
