Subclass 190

Achieve Your Australian PR with AINiT’s Expertise in State and Regional Nominations
The Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190) is a points-tested permanent residency visa for skilled workers nominated by an Australian state or territory government. It allows you to live, work, and settle permanently in Australia, with additional benefits for those who are willing to contribute to specific state-based labour markets.
Whether you are applying onshore or offshore, AINiT Consultancy Services is your trusted partner. With over 20 years of experience, our team of Registered Migration Agents and visa processing specialists provides complete end-to-end support, from skills assessment to nomination and visa lodgement—ensuring a smooth, error-free, and timely process.

What is Subclass 190 Visa?

The Subclass 190 Skilled Nominated Visa is designed for skilled professionals whose occupation appears on a relevant State or Territory Occupation List and who are invited through nomination by a state or regional government.
Unlike the Subclass 189 visa, which is independent, the 190 visa requires nomination from a government body, and in return, it may offer faster processing times, additional points, and enhanced support for permanent migration.

Key Benefits

- Permanent Residency: Live, work, and study anywhere in your nominating state or territory in Australia.
- Family Inclusion: Include your spouse and children in your PR application. - Pathway to Citizenship: Eligible for Australian citizenship after meeting residency requirements.
- State Nomination Advantage: Gain 5 additional points on your migration score for being nominated.
- Access to Employment & Services: Enjoy public healthcare, education benefits, and social security.
- Apply from Inside or Outside Australia: Ideal for onshore international students and offshore skilled workers.
