• Must provide equivalent working conditions as local employees.

Responsibilities of the Nominee (Employee)

• Must genuinely intend to work in the nominated occupation.
• Must maintain only work for the sponsoring employer (unless visa conditions allow change).
• Must comply with Australian laws and visa conditions.
• Must maintain valid health insurance coverage.

Labour Market Testing (LMT)

Before sponsoring a foreign worker, the employer generally must show:
• Job advertisement efforts within the last 4 months.
